Electronic Consent

Please read this information carefully and print a copy and/or retain it for future reference.
Introduction
To provide you with offers from our lending partners ("Lending Partners"), WalletScout needs your consent to respond to offer requests electronically, including through electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent"). These E-Consent Terms inform you of your rights regarding electronic disclosures, records, notices, and information (collectively, "Electronic Communications"). By checking the consent box or clicking a button to submit a request on our site, you acknowledge that you have received these E-Consent Terms and consent to conduct transactions using Electronic Communications. Under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), your electronic signature constitutes your signed written agreement to the terms of your submission.
Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records
You may request a paper copy of Electronic Communications by contacting WalletScout or the relevant Lending Partner directly. WalletScout will provide paper copies at no charge. WalletScout and our Lending Partners will retain Electronic Communications for as long as applicable law requires. To request a paper copy from WalletScout, please use our contact form.
Scope of Consent
This E-Consent applies to all online interactions between you, WalletScout, and our Lending Partners. By submitting a request through our site, you consent to WalletScout and our Lending Partners processing your information and interacting with you electronically - through our website, their websites, or via email - using any electronic device such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet. WalletScout or a Lending Partner may also send you notices electronically related to its transactions and interactions with you. Disclosures may be provided online through a Lending Partner's or other provider's website and pursuant to their own terms, which may include contact by email. This consent remains effective until all relevant Electronic Communications for transactions made by WalletScout or its Lending Partners have been provided.
Consenting to Do Business Electronically
Before you decide to do business electronically with WalletScout and our Lending Partners, you should make sure you have the hardware and software described below.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain Electronic Communications, you will need: a computer or other device capable of accessing the Internet, an active email account, and an up-to-date Internet browser that supports at least 128-bit encryption (such as a current version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari). To read certain documents you may need a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. To retain copies of Electronic Communications, you will need a printer or a long-term storage device such as your computer's hard drive or cloud storage. Any questions about hardware and software requirements should be directed to WalletScout, the Lending Partner, or the applicable provider.
Additional Mobile Technology Requirements
If you access WalletScout's site or a Lending Partner's site, or receive Electronic Communications, via a mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet), you must ensure that your device has software that allows you to view, print, and save Electronic Communications - including disclosures presented by Lending Partners during the application process. These applications are typically available in your device's app store. If your mobile device does not support these capabilities, please use a device that does.
Withdrawing Consent
Your E-Consent for our service, Electronic Communications, and for Lending Partners' consideration of your request cannot be withdrawn for the request you submitted, because it is a one-time transaction. If you are connected with one or more Lending Partners, you may be able to withdraw your E-Consent with those third parties by contacting that Lending Partner directly. You can stop using WalletScout's services at any time, and you can opt out of marketing emails from WalletScout by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by using our contact form.
Change to Your Contact Information
You should keep WalletScout and any Lending Partner informed of any change to your email address, phone number, or mailing address. If you decide to apply for an offer with a Lending Partner, contact that Lending Partner directly to update your contact information with them. You may update your information with WalletScout by using our contact form.
Consent
By submitting a request through WalletScout, you affirmatively agree to these E-Consent Terms and confirm that you can access Electronic Communications as described above.
Your Ability to Access Disclosures
You acknowledge that you can access disclosures in the formats described above.
